Due to the handcrafted and personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.

However, we want you to be happy with your order:

  • Exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
  • You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

Once approved:

  • We will arrange a replacement or exchange.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • As all items are handmade, slight variations may occur — this is part of the charm and uniqueness of each piece.
  • Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
