Returns & Exchanges Policy
Due to the handcrafted and personalised nature of our products, we do not offer refunds.
However, we want you to be happy with your order:
- Exchanges are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or defective.
- You must notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
- Please include clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.
Once approved:
- We will arrange a replacement or exchange.
- Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

- As all items are handmade, slight variations may occur — this is part of the charm and uniqueness of each piece.
- Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services.
